View, Create, and Upload Files and Folders in OneDrive

In OneDrive, you can view and create files and folders and upload folders from your computer into your OneDrive space.

Viewing Files

To see all your folders and files, Click Documents on the left-hand menu. 

This document’s purpose is to instruct the user on how to add another email account to your Outlook 2016 Client and then migrate that mail to another server by manually dragging and dropping that mail in between the email servers.

NOTE:  By default, OneDrive stores your deleted files in a Recycle bin for at least 3 days and a maximum of 30 days. If your Recycle bin gets large enough to exceed 10% of your total OneDrive storage, the duration for which they will be kept is reduced. Your Recycle bin doesn't count against your OneDrive storage limit. Once a file is deleted, it no longer uses your available storage space.

What is the Clutter Feature?

Clutter is an Office 365 email filtering feature designed to move low priority messages out of your Inbox and into their own folder titled "Clutter". Clutter utilizes actions you have taken in the past to determine the messages you’re most likely to ignore. It then moves those messages to the Clutter folder .

NOTE:  If you have document versioning turned on in OneDrive for Business, you can view or restore previous versions of documents. If document versioning is turned off, you can still restore the previous version of a document, though only the most recently edited version.


1.  Select the document for which you want to restore an earlier version.

2.  In the ribbon, select Files > Version History.

The Outlook for iOS application has a few different ways you can sort messages in your inbox. For one, you can use the Focused Inbox.


Focused Inbox

According to the applications help page:

If you want to import your Google Calendar into Outlook, you don’t have to re-enter all of your appointments. Instead, export your Google Calendar to a file, and then import them into Outlook on your desktop. It’s not a one-click button but there’s a wizard that’ll walk you through the steps.

What is Microsoft Teams?

Previously known as Skype Teams, Microsoft Teams is what Microsoft calls a "chat-based workspace" that facilitates real-time collaboration and allows people to come together to have casual conversations and create work plans.

In essence it is a group chat app, which is significantly easier to use than email for managing multiple conversations in a team environment. Microsoft Teams is a cross-platform app (available for desktop and mobile, for Android, iOS and Windows Phone) that integrates Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.

Share your calendar from Outlook on Windows

NOTE: Instructions will be similar depending on which version of Outlook you're running, though the pictures may look slightly different.
1.  Before someone can view your calendar, you must first give them permissions to do so. To do this, open Outlook and click on the calendar view on the bottom left of Outlook.
