How do I manage users on my virtual server?

To add, remove or update users of a Linux virtual server:

  1. Log in to the Corvus Control Panel​.
  2. Click on the name of the virtual server.
  3. In the User Accounts section:
    • To add a new user, enter the UIC NetID and click Update User AccountsImportant note: If you enter a value that is not a valid UIC NetID, the account will not be created.
    • To modify user privileges, check or uncheck the appropriate checkboxes and click Update User Accounts.
    • To remove a user, check the checkbox in the Remove User column and click Update User Accounts.
  4. ​​It may take up to one hour​ for the changes to take effect.
