How do I send documents to U-Print from a personal computer?

Once a print job is released from a U-Print station, it is removed from the print queue and cannot be reprinted. Print jobs left in the print queue for more than 4 hours will be deleted.

Students, staff and faculty can send print jobs from their personal computers or any ACCC public lab in order to print them at the U-Print stations located on campus. In order to submit documents for printing from your own computer or device, download and install the U-Print Popup Client. Pharos Popup Client is available for the following operating systems:

U-Print Popup Client supports both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems.

Once installed, you can begin printing documents from your personal computer to any ACCC public lab.

If you installed the U-Print Popup client prior to Fall 2015, please uninstall your old version of the Popup client in Windows: 

Go to Control Panel: 

  • In Windows 8, on the Start screen, type Control Panel, and click Control Panel in the search results.  
  • In Windows 7, click Start > Control Panel. 
  • Click Programs > Programs and Features. 
  • Select Pharos from the list, then click Uninstall  


  • From the Start menu: Click on the Start Menu -> Select All programs -> Navigate to Pharos -> Click Pharos Uninstaller
