The printing issues with U-Print printers have been resolved and service is restored. Clients do not need to resend their print jobs, but should log back into a Pharos station to release jobs to the printer. Check the status of ACCC’s services anytime by visiting our Service Status page.
Some users may be experiencing issues with U-Print printers where a job is paid for at a release station but does not print. We are continuing to investigate these issues and are working to restore service.
