The U-Print mobile printing feature at print.uic.edu has been restored and the printing service is currently working properly. ACCC staff will continue to closely monitor the performance of the service to ensure ongoing stability.

In order to ensure maximum reliability, the U-Print service will be restarted tonight, 11/8/17, between 10:00pm and 10:15pm to perform brief maintenance. During this time, the printing service will be unavailable.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage caused, and appreciate your patience while we restored functionality. If you have any questions or encounter any problems using the U-Print service, please email consult@uic.edu or call 312-413-0003 Option 9.

U-Print mobile printing is currently experiencing technical problems that are affecting the stability of the overall U-Print service. In order to restore service for U-Print, ACCC has needed to turn off the mobile printing feature while we work to identify the cause of the problem.

During this time, the print.uic.edu site will not function for submitting print jobs. In the meantime, printing from lab computers and using the U-Print Popup Client (available at webstore.illinois.edu) on your personal device will continue to work.
