The network connectivity issues in Commons North and South have been resolved and service is fully restored. Check the status of ACCC’s services anytime by visiting our Service Status page. For questions, please contact 312-413-8080, option 2.

We are aware that some users are experiencing network connectivity issues in Commons North and South after power was restored to all east campus buildings. ACCC staff is waiting for building management to provide access to network equipment so that service can be fully restored. For questions, please contact 312-413-8080, option 2.

Some users may be experiencing network connectivity issues due to an ongoing east campus power outage. UIC Facilities Management engineers are aware of the outage and working to restore service.
