Internet Connectivity Issues (1 update) [resolved]

Internet connectivity has been stable since 3:03pm, 12/14. ACCC staff is working with our ISP to identify the root cause of the issue. Check the status of ACCC's services anytime by visiting our Service Status page. For questions, please contact consult@uic.edu or 312-413-8080, option 2.

UIC experienced a temporary loss in internet connectivity to our main ISP from approximately 1:15pm to 1:19pm and 1:47pm to 2:01pm. Connectivity is currently restored. When we lose ISP connectivity it takes about 15 minutes for routers to recalculate our routes. Some users may have experienced slow network connectivity while the routes were recalculated.
