A vacation reply is a custom response that will be sent to a message's sender from the date it is activated until specified deactivation date. It is typically during time away from the office. Auto-reply keeps track of senders and sends a response only once per sender. The auto-reply will try to reply only to individuals and not to mailing lists. A deactivation date can be set for the auto-reply to expire automatically in the morning on a given date. Vacation replies are controlled through the Email Filters page.
