Overview 

The ACCC offers a set of tools that users can use to create and collaboratively share information. 

Features 

Wiki

The ACCC runs a wiki service that is available for use by faculty, staff, departments, and units at UIC.

Blackboard

Blackboard allows an instructor to create a wiki as part of a Blackboard site.

Google Sites

Google Sites can be used to create and collaboratively edit web pages.

Requirements 

Foswiki wikis and Blackboard courses are special ACCC services that must be requested individually.

The ability to create personal Google Sites is automatically part of every individual GoogleApps@UIC account. Official Google Sites are also available; departments, units, and organizations may request an official Google Site for their group.

Applicability 

Each Foswiki wiki, Blackboard site, and official Google Site must be associated with a specific member of the UIC community, regardless of who or how many people are working on it.

There is no charge for any of these services.
