The Client Services Office offers general in-person consulting services for basic support issues.
The Client Services Office (CSO) was established in the spring of 1994 to address the computer support needs of the UIC community. These services include ACCC site-licensed software sales, statistical software support, on-site service calls for machine repairs or software installation through our Micro Repair Office, ACCCeSS Helpdesk, ACCC computer lab reservations, assistance with NetID and common password requests, and more.
There is no charge for this service.
Entrance to the building is made from the central walkway which splits Science and Engineering Labs into east and west sides or through Engineering Research Facility (ERF).
Open 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when we close at 4 pm.
The Client Services Office is one of the largest student employers at UIC. We typically only hire once or twice a year (before the summer and fall term and before the spring term).
