Overview 

ACCC supports a variety of voice and data services utilizing the campus copper and fiber distribution systems. ACCC technicians install telephone service, data connections and new media.

Features 

Requests for service related to phone, data jack, circuit installations, maintenance and repair can be initiated via the requisition form.

Cost 

Time and Material Charges reflected on billing statements apply to all voice and data wiring installations or changes.

An hourly rate of $55.90 per hour per technician plus material charges will be billed. For new jack installations, costs can vary from $250.00 to $800.00 per jack depending upon the location and complexity of the facility. These charges apply in addition to the appropriate service activation or station rearrangement charges listed in the Voice Services section under Rates and Stipulations.
