  1. When starting the outlook app you will be presented with the following screen.  Click “activate”.

NOTE:  This does not give us access to your phone.  It does, however, allow us to enforce certain settings for security reasons.  For example, you may no longer be able to select “pattern unlock” for your phone.

 

2.  Next, you’ll be prompted to encrypt your device.  Choose either “Enable Encryption” or “Not Now”.

 

  1. Once the migration is completed server side, you will be prompted to restart outlook.

 

NOTE:  If you restart too quickly, you might receive the following error messages:

Wait a short time and try again.
