National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCASM)
October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month. Cyber Security Awareness Month was launched by the National Cyber Security Alliance & the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in October 2004.
The Technology Solutions’ Security team runs a unique campaign every October to promote cybersecurity among the UIC Community. Each week, a specific threat is highlighted to raise awareness, share best practices, and educate the community on the importance of cybersecurity. View our current and past campaigns below!
