Accessing ADDA applications while offline

If you are not connected to the internet, you will not be able to access ADDA software unless you have checked out licenses for each application using KeyCheckout.

To check out licenses, install and use the KeyCheckout program. If you already have the KeyAccess client installed, note that you need to uninstall that before installing KeyCheckout. You cannot install it over the basic KeyAccess client.

Here is how to use KeyCheckout:

1.  The first time you run KeyCheckout program, enter the drive that you will copy the licenses to. To do this: In the KeyCheckout program, click on File, Scannable Drives and then point to the C: drive.
2.  Next, just drag and drop the licenses that you need to your local drive.
3.  Make sure you type in the number of days your laptop is going to be off the network; the default is 1 day, the maximum is 10 days.
