Exchange Online Post Migration Instructions PC (On-prem Exchange to Exchange Online only)

  1. Once the migration was completed, you will be prompted to restart Outlook.

NOTE:  If you restart too quickly, you might receive the following error messages:

Wait a short time and try again.

  1.  When Outlook starts, you will be prompted to enter your credentials. Enter your UIC e-mail address and ACCC Common Password and click, “Remember my credentials”.

  1. Click “OK”.

NOTE:  If you’re continually asked to enter your email address and password, click cancel.  Your email address and password will have set correctly.

That’s it!  Outlook will now be connected to the cloud on your PC.
