How to request a WebEx host account

1. Go to, click on "Unit" or "Personal" Purchases.

2. Log in with your UIC NetID and password.

3. Type in WebEx in the Product Search box, click Go.

4. Click on Add to Cart and follow the checkout instructions.

5. Within 1 business day of placing your order, you will receive a Welcome email with instructions on how to use your account to host meetings. Note: You do not need to request a host account to attend a meeting.

6. After receiving the Welcome email, go to Look for the Log In link in the upper right hand corner and access using your UIC NetID and password.

If you do not receive a Welcome email after 1 business day of the transaction in the Webstore, please contact the ACCC Service Desk at or (312) 413-0003 Option 9.
