2-Factor Authentication (Duo) Phone Call and SMS issues [resolved]

The carrier level issue affecting T-Mobile voice and texting services is resolved, and all Duo systems are now fully operational.

Duo is now reporting successful SMS message delivery to T-Mobile subscribers.

2FA via Phone Call authentication to T-Mobile numbers remains unavailable.

2-Factor Authentication (Duo) via Phone Call and SMS may be unavailable due to a carrier level issue affecting T-Mobile.

Duo engineers are working to correct the issue as soon as possible.

All other Duo authentication factors including Push and hardware token continue to work as usual.
