NetID activation issues [resolved]

AITS has resolved a database issue that affected multiple enterprise services.

NetID activation and external affiliate NetID creation are now fully restored.

Some users may be experiencing issues with NetID activation and external affiliate NetID creation.

The issues are related to an AITS enterprise service outage, which AITS is working to resolve.
