Network (VoIP) Phone Issues [resolved]

12/12/19, 6:49pm --  ACCC Network and VoIP engineers have made several changes to address issues with Network (VoIP) phones rebooting and/or displaying "Registering" messages. At this time we believe the issues are resolved, and will continue to monitor for stability and additional impact. For questions, please contact consult@uic.edu or 312-413-0003, option 2.

11/27/19, 3:28pm -- We are aware that some users are experiencing issues with Network (VoIP) phones rebooting and displaying “Registering” messages. The issue is not specific to a particular VoIP  phone model or location on campus. We continue working with our vendor restore service as quickly as possible and will keep you informed.
