The Lecture Capture (Echo360) issues have been resolved and service is restored. Check the status of ACCC's services anytime by visiting our Service Status page. For questions, please contact consult@uic.edu or 312-413-8080, option 2.

The vendor has reported an incident that affects users trying to access Echo360 recordings. You can see more information here https://status.echo360.com/ ACCC-LTS is in communication with the vendor and will post updates until the problem is resolved.
