ADSM Backup Issues (2 updates) [resolved]

All impacted services have now been been fixed, and are running normally. All missed backups will be caught up automatically.

New issues have surfaced with these repairs, and the ADSM-1 and ADSM-4 servers are down again.

Estimated time to resume normal service

We will be working again to resolve these issues on Friday. We estimate that all ADSM backup services will be available again at 5:00PM Friday October 26. All missed backups will be automatically caught up at that time and over the weekend.

Some users may have experienced ADSM backup issues from 7:30am, 10/24 to 8:30pm, 10/25.

ACCC storage vendor has resolved a hardware problem and service is fully restored.

Please note: Any backups missed during this outage will be automatically caught up.
