Service Desk Holiday/Intersession Closing Schedule

ACCC Service Desk operations will be closed starting Friday, December 21, 2018 at 5:00pm, until Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 9:00am. During this time, please report service outages to ACCC’s Network Operations Center at (312) 413-0003 (option 2). Support requests submitted to consult@uic.edu during the holiday schedule will be addressed when service desk operations resume on the morning of Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
