The email delivery delay problem has been resolved and service is fully restored. All backlogged messages were processed by 5:00pm, 1/23. Check the status of ACCC's services anytime by visiting our Service Status page. For questions, please contact consult@uic.edu or 312-413-8080, option 2.

About 25% of email messages sent from outside of UIC (but including UIH) to Exchange Online / Office 365 recipients may be delayed. We have identified the problem and are working with Microsoft to fully restore service as quickly as possible. For questions, please contact consult@uic.edu or 312-413-8080, option 2.
