The wired, wireless, and phone (VoIP and Centrex) network connectivity issues in the NPI building have been resolved and service is fully restored. Contractors working on basement-level renovations accidentally damaged the building's main network feed. Some users may be experiencing wired, wireless, and voice (VoIP) network connectivity issues in the north portion of the NPI building.
