VPN Service - Urgent Maintenance 3/14 at 6:30pm (1 update) [resolved]

Maintenance on the VPN service has been completed and service is restored.

The maintenance was partially successful, and ACCC is now able to manually transition the service to redundant infrastructure in the event of an outage. A follow-up maintenance period will be scheduled for a future date and time to enable automated redundancy to minimize the duration of an outage.

ACCC is working with our partner to perform necessary maintenance on the VPN service. The maintenance window will be extended to 8:30pm as we work to connect redundant VPN infrastructure to maximize the reliability of the AnyConnect VPN solution, and minimize future outages.

During this time, the VPN service will be unavailable. Existing VPN connections will disconnect, and new connections will not be possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and appreciate your understanding as we bring the VPN service up to the intended level of stability.
