ACCC provides support to the UIC community via email, phone, in-person consultation and on-site service calls.


The ACCC support email addresses such as and the communication regarding tickets associated with these email addresses are available online at the ACCC Helpdesk (authentication required). System status of many of our services is available online via UpReportSubscribe to ACCC outage notifications by email or use an RSS aggregator (Google Reader or a standalone client) to subscribe to ACCC News and Alerts notification via RSS
