Service Availability NetID Password Manager application available 24/7. In-person password assistance hours & locations: Hours: 9am – 5pm, Mon – Fri BSB and LHS C-Stops
Maintenance Window(s) Standard maintenance for application updates during ​approved ACCC maintenance window(s). Database maintenance of directory data and affiliations occurs daily with no downtime
