Overview 

ACCC administers several systems that allow for telephones on campus to have voicemail.  We run multiple systems in support of the various different types of phones such as VoIP and legacy analog phones (Centrex).

Features 

The voicemail systems answer telephone calls when campus members are away or unavailable. The systems vary in feature sets, with some systems providing simple legacy “phone answering” service, while others allow for messages in the forms of links to wav files to be sent to email addresses.

Voicemail Limit: 35 saved voicemails are the maximum allowed messages stored on the server in order to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements 

Must be affiliated with the university, and be a valid telephone subscriber.
