- Streamline technology communication channels for practitioners and stakeholders
- Provide transparent communications on progress and finances of the technology project portfolio
- Support campus marketing and college communicators with modern communication systems and relationship management software, including a campus mobile app
- Provide leadership for digital accessibility training and accessible IT procurement
- Expand and develop community of IT professionals, governance groups, and advisory committees in service of collective technology goals
- Increase development efficiency and improve outcomes through building an open-source developer community
