Inspire Learning

The Inspire Learning Initiative consists of a set of strategic priorities aimed at improving UIC's learning technology infrastructure and the applications that support teaching and learning with technology at the university level. These priorities have spanned over three years and focus on the following areas: the Infrastructure for Learning digital systems and physical spaces, the associated Educational Technologies, the analysis and use of Learning Data, and the Technical Support provided to students and instructors as they explore and use centrally-managed learning technologies.

With a strong focus on preparing and retaining the talented staff supporting the Inspire Learning Initiative, and a continuous investment in the infrastructure for teaching and learning, UIC is set to meet the needs of students and instructors, and to advance teaching across multiple instructional modalities.

In the evolution of digital learning, we must commit to the modernization of our learning infrastructure by empowering faculty and students to embrace cutting-edge applications and tools. In this journey, we not only redefine the classroom experience but inspire an era of learning, where technology becomes a catalyst for innovation, creativity, curiosity, and lifelong growth.
